Delivery Policy

For deliveries to major cities, orders are usually received within 5-7 working days after your order is shipped/dispatched.
For areas outside the major cities it’ll take a few days longer. However, we’ll do everything possible to ensure it is received sooner than this.
Below is a guideline of when your product will be shipped/dispatched.
These apply to orders placed during normal business hours and exclude weekends and public holidays, where dispatch will then rollover to the next business day.

Delivery Fee: Courier delivery costs R69.95 for major centre areas and R100 for outlying areas

If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found in Contact Us page.
Given the nature of the products all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
