Who we are
Artmostfear (Pty) Ltd. is a design studio established in Soweto in 2009. It was incorporated as a private company in the Republic of South Africa in 2013.

The name ‘Artmostfear’ is derived from the word ‘atmosphere’ which can be described as:
(1) gases surrounding the Earth or another planet and/or
(2) a pleasurable and exciting mood.

Artmostfear describes itself as ‘a form of art that is present in the air’ and is visualised with the biohazard symbol to make it more conceptual and unique.

Our Vision
We create ink-hand drawn drawings and scan them at a higher resolution to achieve rasterised vector illustrations. We then turn the illustrations into our creative and parody t-shirt designs.

We print our t-shirts designs on both direct-to-garment (DTG) and silkscreen printing, depending on a specific design and layout.

Our Mission
– We believe that what we cannot multiply, we can never succeed in.
– We look forward to growing the t-shirt design market nationwide.
– We strive to be the best. If anyone wants a product like ours, we must be the first ones they think of.

Our Motto?
Our slogan or motto is “Thou Art On Earth”, which is derived from The Lord’s Prayer (Our Father Who Art in Heaven).

About the Founder

Hassan Mbulelo Nxodo is the founder and designer at Artmostfear.

He has 16 years’ experience in media, advertising, publishing, printing, packaging, and digital marketing. He completed an Electronic Origination (Pre-Media Desktop Publishing) Diploma at SAPC (South African Printing College) in 2004.

He first developed his t-shirt design concept in 2010 after he was shortlisted as a finalist at the SAB (South African Breweries Limited) KickStart Business Skills Training Programme in 2009. Since then, he has never looked back.

He enjoys ink and pencil drawing, tracing, deep-etching, and logo design/redesign. He enjoys watching comedy movies and jazz music is the best thing that soothes his soul.
